Lead team in providing responsive and efficient support to users and manitain standard of system availability.
Proactive monitor, review system operations and minimise disruption of systems and services to business.
Work with various teams to improve system stability, reliability, recoverability and scalability.
Ensure system and support related issues/tickets are follow thru from inception to closure.
Produce monthly report, review, and avert potential problems.
Lead, train and grow team skills, capabilities and mindset to better service clients.
Coordinate support resources for BAU activities (e.g. events, exhibitions,holiday).
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): - strong technical it background & operational experience managing multi-platform data centre, network and infrastructure.
  • Familiar with ITIL concepts and practical experience prefer.
  • Hands-on, result detail-oriented, problem solver with forward thinking, Can work indepedentlyl and under pressure.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in leading sizable team to support application, users and systems operations.
