Requirements: Kualifikasi Pendidikan  min S1, dengan background marketing, management, sales, hospitality.  Keahlian & Pengetahuan * Master of Excell, Words, Power Point * Understand basic business process
* English Languange proficient. * Knowledge of SOP Spesifikasi Pengalaman Kerja * Marketing,  Sales or hospitality  (min 2 tahun) Kualifikasi:  Pria/wanita umur tidak lebih dari 30 tahun Responsibilities: Tugas Pekerjaan * Mengatur arus komunikasi dengan customers/accounts.  (Emails / SMS / Faxs / Calls / Appointment / Travel Plan / Calendar) * Memastikan account profiles terupdate every quarter. * Membuat Accounts yearly to monthly planning, event schedules, promotions, etc.. * Membangun Great Customer Relationship untuk deliver the brand promise,  PIPI values. * Memastikan promotional activities dieksekusi sesuai dengan standard dan guideline brand, dan meet the brand requirements.  * Memastikan product freshness terjaga, didalam 3 bulan since date of production  , 2 hari untuk barel.  * Memastikan performance sales terjaga, selling in & selling out.  * Monitor Daily to weekly, account sales performances and ensure volume growth * Memastikan visibility terpasang on time, sesuai brand direction. * Memastikan deliveries are always on time. * Menjaga kerahasian data terhadap pihak luar * Melakukan tugas lain yang di minta oleh atasan     langsung jika di anggap perlu Tanggung Jawab (Ukuran Kinerja) * Tepat waktu penerimaan/pengiriman laporan / dokumen * Daily Up date on project/account progress * Up to date Open dan Close File * 0% Accuracy Data defect  * 100% Accurate Data dan administrations. * 100% business terms enforced. * Up to date account plan / calendars. * Pengaturan Meeting sesuai SOP yang berlaku   (estimasi biaya, pengaturan jadwal tiba/berangkat,     pemesanan tiket, pengaturan ruang & kelengkapan meeting)
