Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Mempertahankan dan mengembangkan customer yang dipegang agar dapat mencapai target penjualan yang ditetapkan. Menganalisa kebutuhan customer, memberikan informasi, solusi, serta alternatif produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan customer. Melakukan negosiasi secara langsung dengan customer. Melakukan kunjungan secara berkala sebagai data pencapaian target Melakukan dan mengawasi proses administrasi penjualan (dari proses order hingga pembayaran) pada sistem sebagai bagian dari proses penjualan yang dilakukan. Berkordinasi secara internal terkait dengan proses pemesanan corporate maupun pembayaran. Persyaratan Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Account Manager sebagai Key Account Manager. Memiliki pengalaman di dunia Retail IT. Diutamakan sudah memiliki akun-akun besar untuk penjualan retail IT. Berpengalaman untuk menghandle customer BUMN. Terbukti memiliki keahlian dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal, presentasi dan negosiasi. Berpengalaman menganalisa kebutuhan pelanggan. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, via lisan maupun tertulis (email). Memiliki pengetahuan product dasar mengenai IT Teknologi. Target-oriented dan customer-oriented. Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris dan Indonesia.
