DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Others or equivalent.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
  • An extensive IT Operation and Support experience with IT focused companies, preferably in application or software organization.
  • A solid IT Project Management and IT Service Management (ITIL) knowledge and experience with technical and management background.
  • A natural leader with effective communication skills, good ethics, and sound intelligence.
  • An excellent team player with excellent team building capabilities and mentoring skills.
 
Responsibility
  • Responsible for establishing the company operation and support strategy and objective with the Board of Directors
  • Responsible for setting up a new Operation and Support structure and team.
  • Responsible for running an effective operation and support service organization and achieving its target & objective.
  • Responsible for developing a sound Standard Operation Procedure for Implementation, Operation and Support. 
  • Responsible for leading the customer service initiatives to achieve higher customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responsible to explore and develop new technique and initiative to streamline the service delivery
  • Responsible for inter departmental coordination and programs
