Job Role :
  • Plan, develop, and direct product strategies for Myrepublic brand and product portfolio in the assigned market segment in order to achieve the agreed division target and company’s objective
  • Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of product strategy plan so as to support Division strategic plan to be aligned with company’s objective
  • Determine proper market penetration strategy in order to enlarge Myrepublic market segment in Indonesia so as to achieve department target and company business strategy
  • Review subordinate report and provide suggestion (if needed) to get a proper corrective action plan
  • Evaluate data analyze report from subordinate and identify proper action plan to be proposed to Superior and get the approval
  • Manage and monitor overall product performance KPI such as revenue and subscribers.
  • Creation of the product definition and feature set, development of pricing and service packages, value proposition, coordinate, and execute GTM plan.
  • Develop product collateral, sales tools, customer proposals and training programs.
Job Qualification:
  • Experience 5 years in enterprise product management for Internet service provider or telecommunication industries.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Others or equivalent.
  • Must have experience developing business cases to ensure internal support / approval.
  • Highly analytical with strong math skills
  • Deep passion for products and track record to define market winning product and product strategy
  • Good english written and verbal communication skills.
