Job Descriptions Analyze and plan for company situation especially related to human matters and its development. Formulate strategy and action plan based on organization needs and review regularly. Do recruitment internal and externally in order to fulfil manpower within organization. Coordinate with third party in sourcing the candidate for higher managerial level. Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company. To develop coaching, mentoring to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans. To oversee the annual appraisal process within internal team, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the Head of HR to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation. Requirements Majoring in psychology, human resources, and etc. Communicative and good enough in English (Mandatory). Have experiences on managerial level. Able to conduct one stop recruitment process from recruiting till selection using varian tools and interview method. Preferred someone who able to create Training Need Analysis and, conduct training and any related to it. Easy going person that can communicate to all levels within company.
