Job Description

  •  Dealing with pre-sales and post-sales activities
  •  Responsible for consumer research business development and to achieve company’s target
  •  To outreach to new Client (non-Company’s existing Client) for consumer research
  • Conducting secondary research and/or preliminary work and interacting with clients to understand the scope, timeline, and budget of a project
  • Design and prepare proposal according to the client’s objectives, presenting proposal to the client, making necessary follow-ups
  • Translate the client’s research objectives and communicate it with the research and consulting team to ensure appropriate object execute, run and delivery
  • Maintaining communication from/to the clients, to manage clients’ expectations on the projects or to help resolve and raise problems faced by Research Consulting Team
  • Manage Client portfolio and maintain the engagement with clients
  • Working closely with Research and Consulting team in project delivery, ensure all business objectives are covered and meet the agreed terms and expectations.
  • Lead and communicate the final presentation to explain about the research findings, consultancy research and  strategic recommendation
  • Maintain contact with clients for any follow ups regarding the assigned project


Job Requirement

  • Keen interest in business-oriented research and consulting
  • Having strong Key Account Clients in consumer research
  • Have experience in similar job scope, Sales in Market Research Industry, Business Development for minimum 5 years
  • Disciplined, able to work under pressure and to achieve sales target
  • Capable and having strong knowledge in consumer research industry
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill, Disciplined and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to work on Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in developing, presenting proposals would be advantages
  • Minimal 3 years experience’s in similar job scope in similar job scope e.g. Business Development, CRM
  • Manager, Account Manager, Sales Manager, etc. This is only for Consumer Research-focus
  • Providing information on experience/portfolio in sales achievement in the past 3 years
