Job Descriptions

  • Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
  • Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution
  • Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature
  • Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
  • Seek and provide information to help companies determine their position in the marketplace
  • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies, collaborating with marketing professionals, statisticians, pollsters, and other professionals


Job Requirements

  • Keen interest in business-oriented research and consulting
  • Strong analytical skills, Passion for consumer insight and strategy
  • Having min. 2 years relevant experience in Consumer Research
  • Experienced in project management of qualitative research field, starting from translating research and project brief and converting it into set of deliverables.
  • Experienced managing consumer client accounts on a day to day basis
  • Ability to use and analysis various sources of industry data and research
  • Good computer literate, able to operate MS office, Excel, Power Point, SPSS
  • Excellent command of English and the ability to work on Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferable in statistic, Math, Economics, or other relevant field
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Hard working, Discipline and Honest
  • Able to work in a team
