Position: Digital Marketing Manager 

To develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns to primarily generate lead acquisition in line with company strategy as well as help build brand awareness, support distribution and advertising of services where applicable as a support to attain the company’s revenue goals and targets.

Key KPIs:

  1. Shows and contracts from digital leads
  2. Digital marketing customer acquisition cost
  3. Digital brand awareness/presence

Reports to: Head Of Marketing & Lead Acquisition


  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising aligned with overall corporate marketing plan
  • Lead and drive inbound content marketing campaigns using blogs, measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage company website
  • To ensure the company portfolio of products, services and its brand are represented in line with corporate standards
  • To plan and manage budgets against company’s activities while ensuring that all activities are carried out cost effectively, efficiently and within budget 
  • Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a team-oriented environment and quickly adapt to the company culture with high level of flexibility, reliable and responsibility
  • To work with the relevant management teams in the development of specific project and content brands.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance and budget
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tolls and strategies to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Together with social media specialist, design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies as well as develop innovative ideas to bring channels to life and ensure balance between quality and quantity of leads generated is maintained
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • BS/MS degree with proven experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in using marketing automation tools and inbound content marketing (preferred)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Strong leadership skills and project management skills
  • Ability to work with across all levels in an organization and with external vendors

  • Fluency in English both verbal and written is mandatory
  • MS Office/IT literate
