Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct the feasibility studies
  • Product development
  • Land acquisition
  • Legal handling
  • Developing contract with partners
  • Market studies and finalize report to BOD and Management
Daily Jobs:
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Creating financial analysis based on the project
  2. Together with market research and land acquisition in optimizing high and best use of new land proposed
  3. Together with technical & legal team determine cost component is (variable, construction, land, permit cost, etc)
  4. Provide general analytical support regarding particular project
  5. Deep knowledge of property industry (ie landed house, apartment, warehousing)
  6. Analyze and provide recommendation regarding financial aspect of assigned project

Persyaratan

Requirements :
  1. Male / female, under 33 years
  2. Experience in Appraisal Consultant Property and or Business analysis
  3. Minimum a Bachelor degree from Economic, Finance – Accounting, Real Estate Mathematics or any related fields
  4. Fluency in English is an advantage
  5. Having good knowledge and understanding of property developer industry.
  6. Having data processing / analysis background especially in quantitive data processing
  7. Able to make financial modelling
  8. Strong in analytical and critical thinking
  9. Expertise with Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and Ms.Word
  10. Have 2 years experience in business analyst, finance, budgeting, develop data or processing and analysis section
  11. Able to work both in a team and individual
  12. Honest, responsible and independent in work
  13. Self driven, energetic and willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievements and result orientation
