Job Description Handles all credit division recruitment process. Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment .dashboard, recommends change to recruitment process and impelement the change. Analyze the performance of recruitment agencies, the cost per hire, time to hire and changes. Identifities difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approaching for them. Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date (employee requisition form, system access request, application form, etc). Input employement data in HRIS and make recruitment report. Requirements Having experience as a recruiter. Having experience in credit company will be advantage. Computer literate (MS Office). Having good interview and communication skill. Fluent in Englih, both oral and written. Willing to work mobile and out of town.
