- Familiar with General Human Resource policy and procedure.
- Payroll process from A to Z using Excel sheet (include calculating overtime,Pph 21, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Reporting for monthly BPJS (TK & Kesehatan) & PPh 21.
- Recruitment from A to Z, include maintain employee from hire to retire.
- Personnel admin matters (attendance, letters, claim, filling & updating employee database, etc)
- Implementing employee handbook, creating working agreements, etc
- Building relationship with third parties (vendors and other institutions related to the company)
Support all employees' necessity; such as ID card, building access card, parking access card, company permit, etc
- Supervise Office Boy & Office Girl for their tasks.
- Responsible for stationary and pantry needs
- Having experience in HR as Generalist for min. 2 years.
- Having knowledge on Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan No.13 tahun 2003.
- Having knowledge on PPh 21 calculation.
- Having knowledge on BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan calculation and it’s rules.
Familiar with recruitment process and tools, such as interviewing technic, psychological tests, etc
- Outstanding skills on Microsoft Office, especially MS. Excel.
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
