- Preparing, conducting, and reporting the audit process in timely and effective manner according to local requirements and buyers standards
- Ensuring the completion of report submission, such as company’s policies and procedures, within required timeframe
- Demonstrate the high standard of independency and integrity in all auditing process to meet the internal and external accreditation requirements
- Analyze and evaluate the organization structure of the company
- Maintain good relation with clients & factories and ensure customer satisfaction
- Reporting and monitoring compliance (Genba)
- Control CAP Audit Internal and Eksternal
- Candidate must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Good initiative, quick response and good team work
- Experience in HR min 5 years, specially about job evaluation, management performance & Organizational Development
- Required Skills(s): Change Management & Organizational Design, Human resources management, benefits administration, performance management, Key Performance indicator, balance score card, compensation and wage structure, employment law, Experience in project management and budgeting.
- Understand of health, safety and environment management system
- Knowledge of local labor regulation and ILO standard
- High expertise in Indonesian HR / GA related regulations
- Excellent command on both written and spoken English
