Job Description : Develop a work plan and annual budget of the HR Department Make an annual report of the HR Department Make a monthly employment report Understanding Compensation & Benefit Create and Develop SOP Understanding and Mastering the HR & GA Develop Manpower planning Understanding Labor Law and able to overcome the problems of industrial relations employment Ability to design, implement and develop training programs that match the company's vision and mission Recruitment, coaching employees, rotation and other personnel administration Payroll & PPH 21 Understand BPJS Health and Employment Improving industrial relations are positive Evaluate and develop a system of HR management organization   Requirements : Education min.S1, preferably in Law or Psychology or Management Experience as HR Manager at least 5 years Experience managing employees Having business knowledge Strong communication, public speaking and effective presentation with various levels of positions Able to work independently and with a disciplined team Able to work productively and detail oriented remain under pressure Have integrity, loyalty and commitment Confident, assertive, neat and customer focused Fluent in English (oral & written) and use the computer properly Can work with high pressure   If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up to the challenge, please send your complete application (application letter, resume, expected salary, and any related supporting documents) and current color photograph at size 4 x 6 cm by clicking button below.
