  • Develop good relationship with customer
  • Communicating courteously with customer by email, telephone, and record every tech support request, claim warranty, after sales services and/or complaints from customers.
  • Monitor receipt of documents related to requests from customers
  • Monitor any request of services
  • Coordinate with customer and internal regarding every tech support request, complaint status, and any request of services
  • Coordinate with customer, internal, and principal regarding claim warranty/failure analysis product
  • Coordinate with customer regarding PO/WO compliance
  • Record & update any tech support schedule
  • Provide customer satisfaction reports
  • Archiving data/documents related to request

Persyaratan

  • D3 Economic-Management/Business Administration/Public Relations
  • Having min. 2-3 years experiences in administration and handling customer complain
  • Have good filling management and customer complaint techniques
  • Able to communicate in English (oral and written)
  • Able to operate PC (Ms. Office, outlook, internet, ERP, HRIS)
  • Good communication, initiative, responsive, and cooperative
  • Able to work in a team environment
