Position ObjectivesThe person is responsible to provide pre-sales and post-sales services, solution implementation to the customer according to the agreed scope of workThis position requires a customer service-centric attitude, strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn and grow. Professional Service include various aspects of project planning, project management, installations, requirements analysis, architecture/design, implementation, optimization, and on-going customer support processesJob Description Gather, elaborate and analyze system requirement from relevant stakeholders in the organization to understand how our product can support new initiatives within the company Plan, develop and test technical solutions and architecture with the relevant partners that meet the clients’ needs Identify and design strategy around proof of concept projects and real project implementation Specify technical and business requirements and communicate with relevant partners, organize and lead meetings, presentations, collaborations and negotiation with stake holders As the technical lead for a customer implementation, work with customers to identify the requirements and design and implement the solution. Need to be able to learn new technologies and products on the fly Scoping the project, designing, documenting, implementing, and producing as built documents, including preparing contingency plan for anticipating unexpected events during the project Performs other professional services duties when required, and perform support duties when not on project Enhance product knowledge and skills Qualifications: Bachelor degree in computer science, information system, or equivalent is preferable Minimum 3-year experience in application implementation and support Strong technical, problem analysis and problem solving skills Able to work on multiple projects concurrently, and deliver measurable results under designated deadlines and within stated project budgets Willing to work odd and long hours Highly organized, resourceful and result-oriented Must be a self-starter with a strong problem solving skills, time management and discipline Able to work with minimum supervision, within a team setting as well as directly with customers Good presentation skill, leadership, team building, motivating, and interpersonal skill Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both verbal and written Technical skill requirement : Administration of Windows Server and Linux Operating System Administration of MySQL, SQL Server Database Experience with LAN and WAN Management Experience with public and private cloud technologies Knowledge and experience with IP Camera and video management is an advantage If you feel that you can meet the qualification and up for the challenge, please send your complete resume and current color photograph by clicking button bellow
