Job Description
     - Collaborate with all related departments to ensure the objective is clear
     - Deep understanding of Indonesia media landscape, both offline and online, vast betwork with media placement agency, both offline and online, and experience in negotiating the media cost
     - Prepare detil media plan, for all media, including media objective and measurement plan
     - Always update on latest trend in media placement and be able to pro actively respond to new trend
     - Collaborate closely and brief the creative team and advertising agencies to develop attractive communication content
     - Work with creative team to explore different ideas and concepts (both visual and verbal elements) across communication channel and ensure the communication is align with key messages and can reach the target audience.
     - Work with creative and marketing operations team to ensure efficient and effective budget implementation
Minimum Qualificati
     - Bachelor degree, preferrably from Advertising/Mass Communicaton/Journalism
     - Excellent communication in English and Bahasa (especially written)
     - Good interpersonnal skill
     - Minimum 2 years of experience as a media planner in a multinational company
     - Proven track record of creating compelling media plan accross communication channels
     - Familiar with Indonesia latest media landscape and current trends in all kind of media
     - Good interpersonnal skill
     - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint
