Scope of Work : Handle logistics on purchased products or any shipment inquiries Research, maintain and evaluate shipment vendors Understand and monitor whole purchasing to acquiring process  Budgeting on shipment. Responsibilities : Handle shipment arrangement once purchase has been confirmed Arrange logistics for all import shipment (and/or export shipments, should there be any) as per term of the sale and purchase order Communicate with Brand Account to learn and know about range of products and materials related and/or included to the import shipping Understand the whole import (and/or export) shipment process from around the globe to Indonesia Research for potential vendors of freight forwarders or shipping agents to handle shipment through 3rd party services or directly Connect, communicate and supervise with field agents in clearing the products from customs or any necessary shipping procedures accordingly Connect, communicate and supervise with transport companies, courier companies, shipping companies in continuing the shipment process from customs to company’s warehouse Connect, communicate and supervise with internal divisions in confirming the shipment to be received and checked in company’s warehouse Accountable for warehouse confirmation on receiving products, based on checklist that items are well and as ordered – Brand Account provide checklist as guide that product qualifies QC, gift box qualifies QC, quantities are according to order, etc. Arrange, organise and provide all required documents according to purchasing policy and shipment procedure in time to fulfill shipping inquiries Maintain and evaluate vendors’ performances based on project completion, lead time, cost, communication flow Communicate updates with Brand Account on final result of the whole shipment process from arrangements with shipper to confirmation and checking by internal team in the company Requirements : Maximum 25 years old Candidate must possess at least a bachelor degree in related field  Effective communication skills in multi languages and typing skills Ability to create and maintain effective team works Brilliant negotiator Able to perform and report Analysis data (financial, turnover, etc.) for internal review Good level of business writing in English Computer literate in Microsoft software (Word, Excel and Power Point), Adobe (Photoshop and Illustrator) as well as comfortable user of internet Willing to work under pressure, ability to meet deadlines Good ethical background and honest Flexible and keen to take appropriate initiative and responsibility.   If you feel that you meet the qualification above and you’re keen in exploring the opportunity, please send your updated resume by clicking the button below.
