  • Prepare and manage campaign data for daily, weekly and monthly execution.
  • Assist in campaign planning by performing what-if scenarios aimed at quantifying campaign impacts; recommend strategic direction to ensure that campaign will reach the desired target market.
  • Establish a weekly forecasting process to ensure forecasts are up to date with any changes to existing campaigns.
  • Monitor daily trends in campaign performance and proactively address underlying causes of trends to improve future campaign.
  • Create, Manage and Improve Campaign Process by, but not limited to, developing an Automated Tools.
  • Analyze offer and segmentation strategy to identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify reporting needs/updates and document detailed requirements and/or cooperate with IT Department to build out new reports.
  • Investigate and provide adhoc analysis for customer behavior to ensure the campaign is effective and efficient.
  • Building modules to predict customer behaviors
