  • Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
  • Collaborate & Brainstorm with team members to develop creative ideas for promotional events and campaigns, and liaise with third-party vendors to execute successful events
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to appeal to target audience using appropriate channels such as email, social media and traditional media
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
  • Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts
  • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
  • Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
  • Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department
  • Develops new marketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
  • Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
  • Reports findings and results to upper management and executives

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with others and liaising with external groups and vendors
  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on your findings
  • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent
