  • Involve as an analyst in both of product and project divisions.
  • Work closely with client to define project scope, requirements and other documents.
  • Develop project plan to monitor and track team progress.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure the projects are well executed.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Make sure software developed is accepted and accordance with specifications.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Design test scenario to ensure software and system quality.
  • Report on a regular basis and escalate to management as needed.
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ of experiences as an analyst is a must. Have a knowledge/experience as project manager is preffered.
  • Have experience working in IT companies, preferably strong understanding in ERP/POS/e-commerce system is preffered.
  • Familiar with Scrum software development process.
  • Posses and display project ownership.
  • Strong logical and analysis skills are required, either in system and in business.
  • Great interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadline.
  • No problem with working overtime if necessary.
