- Support and development of supply chain function (procurement, warehousing, asset management)
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures such as inventory accuracy and control, returns, damages, etc
- Understand the specific customer goals & objectives, Ensure the customer knows that we are committed to helping them meet their objectives
- Properly plan work assignments to ensure effective use of fleet/warehouse equipment, Work with associates to ensure they understand safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Requirements :
- Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferable from logistik management
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS office profiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong supervisory experience, including the ability to effectively lead and delegate work to a team and follows up to ensure objectives are met; encourage team learning and development
- Technical leadership demonstrated through the ability to lead an office, provide training and expert advice on complex issues
- Adjust roles/behaviours to diverse and changing demands of work environment and organizational priorities
