Responsibilities :

  • Working with customers to identify software problems and advising on the solutions
  • Coordinating with Customer Success Team by clarifying the customer’s complaint
  • Coordinating with Product and Engineering Team to resolve product problems
  • Provide technical support to customer for any issues that arise with the use of our products

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Information System, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in technical support or related experience, preferably in SaaS or IT industry
  • You know how to code in either : SQL Script, PHP, or Ruby
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
