Job Description

  • Handle user inquiries and complaints through live chat / phone call / email
  • Ensure user satisfaction through feedback and solution
  • Inform user in case of website maintenance or any problems occurred

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of related working experience as Customer Support. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcomed to apply
  • Good Accounting knowledge is a must
  • People oriented, proactive, and communicative
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good personality
  • Willing to work in our office in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
  • Willing to work on weekend if necessary
