Job Description

  • Handle administrative requests and inquiries
  • Act as the secretary for Customer Success department
  • Help in scheduling meetings and demos for Customer Success team
  • Work closely with Customer Success Lead in creating SOP

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1 year of related working experience as Admin / Secretary / Accounting. Fresh graduates from Accounting / Finance are also welcomed to apply
  • Good Accounting knowledge is a must
  • Familiar with Ms. Excel
  • Meticulous and good attention to details
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good personality
  • Willing to work in our office in Daan Mogot, West Jakarta
