Business Development Manager is responsible for proactive outbound prospecting, lead management, and sales team management. This position will have a direct impact on our success by providing qualifying prospects from lead status into the sales pipeline. Responsibilities include:

  • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline
  • Conduct a meeting or pitching to the potential clients
  • Build aggressive sales team to grow pipeline
  • Gather information and feedback from potential clients


  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, proven track record in achieving sales quota
  • Experience in IT or HR company is a plus. B2B sales experience is necessary
  • Experienced in building and managing sales team
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Comfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
