  • Analyze improvements to be made in the call center
  • Monitor the flow, find existing problems, and provide a solution for it


  • A natural problem solver that can think independently and be resourceful in exploring solutions
  • An individual with strong analytical skill and an efficient mind
  • A Degree in Operations Management or Industrial Engineering
  • Experience as Branch Operation Head in a Bank is preferred
  • Loves streamlining complicated process and creating a simple solution that is scalable in the long run
