Main Job Purpose The staff of Purchasing & Procurement Administration is primarily responsible for handling the administration job at Purchasing & Procurement Section Responsibilities Receive and check document from suppliers including its attachment if any Distribute the document to related personnel Input, printout and maintaining Purchasing & Procurement data Setup filing system for the Purchasing & Procurement data for easy usage Coordinate with other department to support the Purchasing & Procurement activity Any other duties as assigned by Purchasing & Procurement manager Competencies required Ability to work independently or as a team Meticulous, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to setup priorities Strong verbal & written skill Knowledge and Experience Minimum diploma degree from a reputable university Minimum 2 years of experience in related field Good knowledge in MS office Good English written and spoken
