Job Duties: Responsible for all recruitment process from job posting, screening CV, interview, and contract Handle all Psychological Testing and assist in Technical Testing Manage all employee documents from employee contract agreement, company procedure, updated employee CV, Performance Appraisal, resignation and any related employee letters Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners Work with finance team for calculation of compensation and benefit Qualifications: Bachelor Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management or Psychology or related area Min. 3 years working as HR recruitment staff Hands-on experience with HR posting system and databases such as Jobstreet/JobsDB/Linkedin Preferred to have worked in Consulting/Computer/Information Technology (Software) Knowledge of labor legislation Experience with interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Excellent verbal and written communication skills
