Job Description: as General Affair, you will responsible to : Manage and coordinate various GA (transportation, accomodation, office supplies and equipment, asset stock management, etc.) Monitoring office equipment in order to ensure it work properly Monitoring office cleanliness Assist for Expat documents arrangement Handle product request from all department, to seek for vendor, quotation, and provide necessary documents Manage good relationship with external parties (Building Management, Vendor, etc) Other various GA report/task part of HR, your responsibility are : Actively seek and sort both for active and passive candidate from various source, including to communicate and manage relationship with headhunters agency, university. Conduct psychological assessment Continuously seek for candidate in order to get candidate database Preparing data for payroll Manage and schedule orientation for new hire Other general HR tasks/reporting Requirement: Candidate must posses Bachelor Degree, Psychology is a plus Having experience in HR & GA Well organized, detail oriented, and able to do multitasking job High sense of responsibility and able to work with minimum supervision Good communication skill and good personality Proficient in English   Kirimkan Lamaran + Foto dengan meng-klik “APPLY NOW” (untuk Member & Non Member) jobsDB
