Job Description

  • Responsible for achieving sales value (sales oriented)
  • Designing a strategy to achieve the target
  • Evaluate the achievement of the target sales team
  • Responsible for monitoring team work performance by providing systems, reporting and communication including sales reports
  • Maintain good relationships with customers/outlets
  • Have the ability to analyze the market
  • Ensure and coordinate outlets in the area to reach the sales target of the Company
  • Ensure the customer/outlet gets the latest information about adding new products, changes in prices and discounts
  • Looking for prospective new customers/outlets by looking at market conditions and competitors
  • Willing to be placed anywhere


Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma or a Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 5 (five) years of working experiences in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skills: Good Communication, Target Oriented, Good Analytical, Can Work Under Pressure, Diligent, Persistent, Good Relationship with User and Distributor, Strong Negotiation Skill, Outstanding Strategic, Exellent Interpersonal Skills, Strong Leadership Skill, Ability to work well independently and in a team, Proficient in MS Office
  • Preferably Managers/Assistant Managers specialized in Health-Pharmacy or equivalent
  • Able to lead the team and coordinate with the team
