Job Responsibilities : Responsible to recruiting and selection including develop job description and person specifications, Develop and Implementing policies on issues like employee relation, working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures an absence management Responsible in HR administrations Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure Monitoring staff performance and attendance Process BPJS Handle payroll process Control and updating document ISO 9001:2015 Requirements : Age maximum 35 years old and proporsional Minimum D3 all majors- graduated in Law/ Psychology preferable 3 years experience in HR area 2 years experience with ISO 9001 Computer literate (Ms. Office) Have professional integrity and good personality Highly energetic with initiative and confidence Strong mentally, creative, proactive and fast learning Understand Labor Law accordance with company regulation Must be willing to work in Jakarta Barat Only shortlist candidates who suitable will be process   Please send your CV and cover letter with recenthly photograph
