Assist Account Officer on handling admin job such as : Input data in system Monitor application approval status (daily basis) Prepare contract, MOU, atc Prepare booking or disbursement Maintain document filling (dealer’s and customer’s document) Follow up documents to Dealer’s and Customers To ensure the accuracy and adherence to relevant SOP and Lending Criteria Monitor accuracy of data input, process and accuracy of disbursement, collateral verification, insurance coverage and contract document Monitor  process of collateral change of ownership, consumer insurance claim Build good and appropriate business relationship with external parties such as : service agents, dealer, insurance company   Qualifications: Maximum 30 years old Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), graduate from reputable University Computer literate, especially in Ms. Excel At least 2 years experiences in Contract Administration from Finance Company Good Analytical thinking, mature personality, initiative and trustworthy Good in both verbal and written English Willing to be Place at Padang
