  • Answer incoming customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
  • Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field
  • Experience min 1-2 years in the same position
  • Experience Contact Center in banking company¬†
  • Fluent in English ( MUST )
