Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Cancel or upgrade accounts. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges. Advise on company information.   Requirement : Candidate must possess at least SMU, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management, Hospitality/ Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Receptionist, Concierge, Customer service Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
