Responsibilities: Propose trade marketing programs based on customer needs, channel management, and competitive analysis in market. Regular market visit to all channel (wholesaler, distributor, retailer). Support local teams in the execution of the trade marketing activities and in achieving sales. Conduct and assist marketing intelligence research to know our position & competitors (5W 1H) on the market and arrange a better trade marketing strategy based on research. Ensure the desired product benefits and brand values are properly communicated to channel. Supervise promotion team in order to implement Trade Marketing Programs. Arrange the point of sales materials, including content, logistic, and distribution. Build good relationships with all channel (wholesaler, distributor, retailer). Optimize the use of CRM programs for control functions and marketing database. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management or related degree required. Master degree is a plus. 2-4 years’ experience in developing sales for General Trade. Having knowledge of construction bussiness/cement/building chemical will be an additional advantage. Having knowledge of FMCG industry will be an additional advantage. Creative and have a good analytical skill. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization both internally and externally. Strong presentation skills. Advanced in Microsoft Office. English proficient, Mandarin will be an advantage. Readiness to travel periodically in a long period of time.
