Job Description :   Assist walk in costumer to fill in form, request and other information. Account opening and closing. Time deposit: receive, delivery and roll over. Delivery of account, customer statement, giro/ cheque books, return checks. Hold and release fund. Answer walk in customers inquiry for balance checking, FX, and other routine account mutation. Debit process for dormant and inactive account monthly if min balance insufficient balance. To debite costumer account manually if customer balance insufficient for the dormant charges. Receive and checking e-BCI, IB, ATM and other service channel. Receive and checking application form of fax banking service. Handle walk in customer complaint.   Requirements :   Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university 2 years of working experiences as Customer Service in banking industry Pleasant appearance, friendly and willing to help Excellent communication and problem solving skills .
