Ensure the fulfillment of HR needs for each department
Collect employee request plans every year and make employee data status and turnover every month from each division.
Put up job advertisements, sort applications, do psychological tests and interview early to get the right prospective employees.
Establish and maintain cooperative relations with agencies, both private and public, that have a source of labor.
Recommend candidates based on the results of psychological tests and preliminary interviews, and schedule follow-up interviews (user, hrd, manager), so that the recruitment process can go well as planned.
Prepare all administrative documents needed so that the recruitment process can run well.
Creating and monitoring work agreements for employees still under evaluation.
Develop employee development programs, whether new, promotion, or transfer.
Make planning, organizing, and evaluating new employee orientation activities.
Make monthly reports, identify, analyze constraints and effectiveness of recruitment and selection activities.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree or Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): interview skill, psychological profiling, administration, training, Human Resource Administration.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ds. Jabaran Kec. Balongbendo Sidoarjo.
Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
