COMPANY CATEGORY :  Japanese Food Manufacturing JOB SUMMARY : Ensure the implementation of the production process in accordance with SOPs and work instructions Responsible for achievement of overall production targets including: output, quality, efficiency, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, SSOP, 5R, safety, and all activities related to production. Coordinate with other departments related to the production process (PPIC, Maintenance, QA, QC, R & D, WH) Monitor, monitor and evaluate work and performance, Production Supervisors, Floor Monitors, Line Leaders and Production Operators Make an analysis of failure to meet standards and make recommendations for solving problems appropriately Provide briefings, training, direction, counseling to subordinates and create a team atmosphere that is compact, conducive, and work together to realize the achievements, vision, mission of the company EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS :  Education: Bachelor Degree Industrial Engineering or related major Language: English Business Level Experience: 5 years as Production Staff from Food Manufacturing Industry Familiar and having good knowledge of 5S, ISO 22000 and HACCP Having good ability and experience to manage factory employee (min 100 employees) Having experience to improve process efficiency and product quality BENEFIT : THR BPJS Detail will be discussed  in interview   ONLY CV IN ENGLISH WILL BE PROCESSED
