Support Career Management process, expecially related with training development needed, assignment process for all Cadre
Support Organizational Development Process, such as Organizational Chart, Jobdesc, KPI, ect
Maximum age 28 years old
Willing to travel mobile
Having knowledge about people development and perormance management system
Having experience for recruiting level operator until managerial
Willing to work in fast paced atmospher
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Manufacturer company will be a plus
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
