Planning and managing business diagnosis and planning activities. Manage a company-wide process of organization development that addresses issues such as organization design, succession planning, key employee retention and change management. development using problem solving principles and past experience. Lead a process of organization development that plans, communicates, and integrates the results of strategic planning throughout the organization. Provide proficient consultation on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc. Manage employee communication and feedback through avenues such as company meetings, employee focus groups and one-to-one meetings. Determine and recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.   Requirements :   Maximum age 45 years old Possess at least a Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Psychology/Law/Management, GPA ≥2.75 At Least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Competencies is key areas of HR Strategic, General Affair, and Legal aspects, specifically in Recruitment Process, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management, Training & People Development, and Industrial Relation; Having knowledge all procedures and SOP’s to complies with local or national regulation and law; Competent for General Affair operations including driver, building maintenance, assets, office equipment; Excellent communication skills, hardworking, willing to work under pressure, self-motivated, leadership skills; Willing to be place in Majalaya – Bandung
