  • Develop brand using digital and non-digital marketing strategies and monitor both, the annual and long term strategies for brand and product management (incl. brand activation, marketing activity plan, product trial, brand awareness, etc.)
  • Effectively plan to ensure that top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met, as well as improving market share and product sales by overseeing the execution of these strategies through the team
  • Manage and develops subordinates as well as manage and lead multiple external partners: e.g. agencies and consultants to produce consumer and professional communication (copy, media, etc.) strategies and executions in line with the strategy
  • Develop and support the strategic brand & marketing management plans that not only deliver on annual and longer term financial objectives, but also protect brand equity and enhance brand health
  • Plan and execute all digital strategies, lead generation, advertising, brand awareness, promotional programming, associate retention and advertising campaigns

  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Management or Marketing
  • At least 3 years in brand management and managerial experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or FMCG industry
  • Experience in e-Commerce retail market industry and experience in digital marketing
  • Critical set of skills; solid business acumen, seasoned judgment and a good ability to utilize judgment, and solid thinking ability to analyze complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills; foster open communication, listening effectively to others and prepare effective written communications
