Leader in Europe, Latin America, India and Russia. Job Responsibilities:  To implement sales plan as directed by National Sales Manager and or Operation Director to achieve target in term of Sales (volume and value).To direct sales operation activities to achieve the targeted sales volume and sales value through by distributor to retail channel.To review, update, and develop the sales plan of the assigned region in the effort to meet the long term strategic plan of the Company.To implement sales operation activities in the assigned region (campaign, promotion and coverage) based on sales plan.To allocate dedicated time for market visit, in order to achieve:Comprehensive knowledge whether all sales plan, policies, systems,and procedures have been implemented correctly in the market of theassigned region.Precise judgement of the assigned region potential from time to time.Well managed customer relationship with all customers in the assignedregion.To work closely with the Marketing & Supply Chain team to ensure timely products development and product launches meeting the changing market demand in the assigned region.To collate market information and industry insights especially the retail channel, by working closely with the sales distributor and/or pareto retailers.To provide sales volume forecast in the assigned region on a rolling basis as an input for operations and planning.Job Requirements:Must have bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years of sales in managerial level, preferably having exposures in the building materials industry.Exceptional in strategic thinking, analytic process, commercial acumen, key account management, business development, presentation and negotiation skill.Strong business sense & have good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors.Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English
