This position are responsible for day to day customer support, manage escalations, Audit Process Compliance, Audit Contact Quality, Bookings, Enquiries (Ad Hoc), Tracking & Monitoring Solutions (Including Prevention), Relationship Management, Account Creation, Basic Process Onboarding, Inquiry, Providing Quotes, Complaint Handling, Issue Resolution, Case Management, Claims Handling, Escalated Issue Resolution.   Requirements : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Required language(s): English At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): Influencing & Persuasion Skills, Written & Verbal Communication Skills, Team Working Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Planning & Organizing Skills Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
