Implementing recruitment process based on HR business guidelines
Design & post job advertisement in job portals
Sourcing & screening candidates
Conduct interview using various methods/tools
MPP (Man Power Planning).
Bachelor degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management. Fresh graduated are welcome
Minimum 3 year working experience in same field
Able to conduct psychotest / as a tester
Good in communication skills.
