  • Receives and answers inquiries from consumers (end users) via Ticketing system related to Risk.
  • Take appropriate actions to minimize the overall customer service risk profile by adapting procedures.
  • Day to day activity through internal ticketing system and chat application.
  • Work with colleagues to identify any actions that might be taken to reduce Risk.
  • Handling the customer through Outbound call or Walk-in that related to Risk.
