Position Overview

  • Highly professional and reliable Room Service Server with a stellar customer service record. Thorough mastery of regular and special Villa facilities. Adept at serving all types of guest with complete courtesy and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Make knowledgeable, informed and articulate recommendations and suggestions regarding all of the facilities in the Villa. Provide guest with the answer and other general guest questions.
  • Set-up rooms in the Villa according to standard.
  • When engaging guest, maintain eye contact, be courteous, enthusiastic and observant of guest needs. While serving guest always be alert and observant of needs, ask the guest if you could open the drapes or switch on the television for them or take down the Laundry.
  • Deliver guest amenities according to established standards and ensure delivery before guest arrival and all Amenity refreshes are done accordingly.
  • Organize and maintain the Villa area.
  • Maintain the cleanliness Villa area.
  • Respect guests privacy and property following all hotel guest service procedures and quality standards


  • 25 – 35 years old.
  • Good personality, diligent, responsible, and honest.
  • High School / Tourism / Hospitality / Diploma graduated.
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in 4 stars hotel.
  • Know the basic hospitality standard.
  • English passive, active will be a plus point.
  • Will be located in Seminyak, Bali.
