Job Description :
Lead and manage the team monitoring activities and providing coaching and feedback
Proactively manages workforce planning needs and give recommendation on recruitment, selection and performance evaluations within the site
Improves day-to-day operations by developing solutions to improve efficiencies, methodologies, processes and team work
Ensure that all work done within Sodexo framework and comply with Sodexo standard HSE
Manages a budget through ongoing monitoring of financial and operational reports, controlling over-spend and seeking cost savings, and adjusting expenditures
Manages quality and compliance with service level agreements through day-to-day work supervision, management of projects and assignments, and monitoring of work quality.
Manages day-to-day client relationship and client engagement
Engages and manages appropriate vendors/suppliers to deliver high quality services to Sodexo clients / operations
Ensures compliance with all applicable government regulations.
Oversees emergency response within the site/unit including mobilizing resources to mitigate crisis situations
Ensures a safe work environment through enforcement of established safety procedures and the proactive management of risks
Consolidating monthly report (site report including: WO tracking, invoicing of above base inquiry, HSE, petty cash, minor purchasing)
Respond to any request of small purchases on-site
Liaise with procurement team for sourcing of quotation from suppliers
Manage daily consumption and inventory of Stationery supplies & pantry supplies
Subcontractor performance review (KPI and sodexo compliance check), submit non-conformance report (if any)
Coordinate with external mail provider
Follow up on subcontractor action plan (should there be any complains), in case no follow up action is done, escalate the matter to Supply management in HQ
Follow up HR matters (BPJS, Jamsostek, annual leave).
Minimum D3 from Hospitality/any field
3 years experience as Facility Coordinator from service company
Abilty to communicate in spoken and written English
Understand, control and have good knowledge in terms of hospitality, food service and maintenance of public areas
Ability to organize work and timed well
Timely and accurate in recording time
Hardworking, honest and loyal
Ability to communicate well and work in teams.
