Recruitment through various channels (Job posting - Internal & External, LinkedIn, JobsDB, Jobstreet, Referral, Employee Referral Program, Walk in Interview)
Assessment process: shortlist & review CV, phone screening, technical test, interview, etc.
Provide reports on recruitment as
Employer Branding activities (guest lecture, internship, visit to university and vocational school)
Develop and manage external communication and company branding initiatives in Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram)
3. Company License
Engage with Manpower & Government Office for License registration, Wajib Lapor, Catering Recommendation, Company Regulation, etc.
Maintain License document in systematic manner
Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
Minimum 2 years experience in HR Recruitment
Passionate in Recruitment & talk with people with different backgrounds
Has creative mind and social media knowledge, posess good writing skills & grammar in English
Familiar working MS Office
Experience with License process is a plus
Have a willingness to learn and grow, easy to get along with others, and ready to accept challenges
