JOB DESCRIPTION: Supporting Legal division by performing variety routines matters and working closely with inter-division as the internal clients to manage the compliance from beginning to end for the legal commitments engaged by the company in connection with business initiatives; Prepares legal documents, review and assess relevant legal documents (e.g. contracts, memorandum, letter of intent, minutes); Provision legal advice and assistance to internal clients as well as conducting research to properly advise internal clients; Perform administrative duties, including maintains calendar by planning and scheduling conferences, teleconferences, communicating with relevant parties within a group of Company and external in connection with corporate secretarial routines; Transcribed and proofread documents, typing up legal correspondence, and writing emails; Maintain report for work status of Legal division; Preserve an update corporate document’s record system by filing, organize, scan, copy, and fax documents.   JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidate possess at least a Bachelor Degree in any educational background; Able to communicate in English to ensure that the information is relayed correctly; Knowledge of Indonesia laws and regulations; At last 2 (two) years of working experience in corporate legal or in notary or in legal firms; Proficiency with MS Office (Words, Excel); Listening and good communication and interpersonal skills; Willing to do an administration task with organizational skills; Time management, ability to multitask, and able to meet the tight deadline; Being comfortable dealing with the diversity of people; Hands-on and pro-active, able to work both independently and as a team.
